Partial outages and tripped breakers
Ava asks what you approved, then texts you. She does not invent a price.
Ava can ask which breakers tripped, whether the whole house is dark, and if anyone smells burning. Burning, sparks, or a line on the ground should follow the emergency instruction you write — often “call 911 and the utility,” not “wait for a callback.”
Free 7-day trial, then $79, $149, or $299 a month. $0 setup.
Electrical work is hard to pause, and the dangerous calls are mixed in with EV charger quotes and “this outlet died.” A voicemail does not ask the safety question. The next electrician who answers does.

Service calls and panel replacements should not share one pretend average. Example, not a forecast: 5 missed calls in a week, you assume 1 in 4 would have become a electrical service call, and you put that job at $280. The arithmetic is about $1,517 a month (5 × (1/4) × 280 × 52 ÷ 12). Change the inputs on the missed-call calculator. This is not a promise and not an industry average. If you mostly sell panel upgrades, raise the job value. The point is to see the gap next to a $79 or $149 plan, with your numbers.
Checkout is Stripe. After the trial, the plan you picked bills monthly. Included minutes reset each month. Overage uses the rate on the card.
For smaller shops that need affordable after-hours and overflow coverage.
For teams that live on inbound estimates and cannot miss after-hours calls.
For higher-volume shops that want a deeply configured front desk.
Only if you explicitly approve that sentence. By default she should collect the situation and avoid coaching someone through a panel.
Put that in urgent rules: tell them to stay away and contact emergency services and the utility. Ava is not a utility dispatcher.
Not in this product. She texts the lead. You call back and schedule in whatever system you already use.
The sample call is a landscaping estimate. The live demo is in the browser. Checkout opens Stripe for the plan you pick. Starter is $79 a month after the trial.
