Weekly mowing for a new address
Ava asks what you approved, then texts you. She does not invent a price.
Lawn leads are often simple and time-sensitive: they want someone this week. Ava asks for the address, lot size if they know it, and whether they want weekly service or a one-time cut.
Free 7-day trial, then $79, $149, or $299 a month. $0 setup.
Route density matters. A missed call across town is not the same as a missed call on a street you already mow. Voicemail rarely includes the cross street. You call back and they have already booked the neighbor’s kid or the other lawn company.

Recurring revenue is why the call matters, but the first month is the honest comparison. Example, not a forecast: 7 missed calls in a week, you assume 1 in 3 would have become a first month of mowing, and you put that job at $160. The arithmetic is about $1,618 a month (7 × (1/3) × 160 × 52 ÷ 12). Change the inputs on the missed-call calculator. This is not a promise and not an industry average. If you want to include a season of visits, multiply your own monthly price in the calculator. Do not assume every missed call was on your route.
Checkout is Stripe. After the trial, the plan you picked bills monthly. Included minutes reset each month. Overage uses the rate on the card.
For smaller shops that need affordable after-hours and overflow coverage.
For teams that live on inbound estimates and cannot miss after-hours calls.
For higher-volume shops that want a deeply configured front desk.
Only with a sentence you approve, such as “mowing is quoted from the address.” Guessing a price from a vague description is a good way to create a bad job.
You can tell Ava to mark “existing customer” and text you the request instead of treating it as a new lead.
You can add those questions. If installs are a different crew, point her at a different callback note than the mowing route.
The sample call is a landscaping estimate. The live demo is in the browser. Checkout opens Stripe for the plan you pick. Starter is $79 a month after the trial.
